Constigo upravljanje d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as ‘CONSTIGO GROUP’, ‘we’, ‘our’, ‘us’, ‘ours’, etc.) is the owner of the website www.constigo.hr (hereinafter: the website). This privacy statement has been created to demonstrate that we care about the privacy of our users and to inform you about the ways we collect and process personal data on this website.

Constigo upravljanje d.o.o. is a registered company in the Republic of Croatia. We collect your personal data only when you voluntarily provide such information through the ‘Contact’ form and the Questionnaire for the accommodation organization service for workers. Any other data you may provide in subsequent communication for the purpose of our collaboration is not published on our website and is stored on our device for the duration of our collaboration or until you request its deletion.

We may also collect information on how our service is accessed and used (‘Usage Data’). Your acceptance of our Privacy Policy, followed by your submission of such data, constitutes your consent to this transfer and storage of data as previously stated.

We keep and protect your personal data for the duration of your business relationship with us. Personal data provided for business purposes is retained in accordance with legal provisions related to the retention of business/accounting records. Personal data provided for contact purposes during the current year is regularly deleted in December of the following year (unless you have requested to be on the list of recipients of occasional information about our activities). If you have requested (consented to) to be on the list of recipients of occasional information about our activities, we will delete your data upon your request.
