CONSTIGO Group, by launching the production facility for wood-concrete wall modules and integrating the brand MODEKO within the group’s services, has made sustainable and environmentally friendly living easily accessible in Croatia. In addition to its ecological features, construction with wall modules is extremely fast and clean, with no unforeseen costs and excellent physical properties. MODEKO, in collaboration with the company ISO-SPAN, produces modular walls tailored to every project requirement and carries out work up to the high shell construction phase. Safety and Comfort

The unique geometric shape of the blocks with an open core ensures the continuity of concrete within them, providing essential earthquake resistance and excellent sound insulation due to the mass of the concrete. With integrated thermal insulation within the walls, the building achieves outstanding physical properties, approaching nearly zero energy consumption. The internal composition of the walls allows for water vapor diffusion, ensuring a healthy and dry living space, while walls with a concrete core of at least 12 cm offer REI 180 fire resistance.

Production
Our production facility is located near Zadar. The manufacturing of wall modules takes place in the plant, under controlled conditions. From ISO SPAN formwork wood-concrete blocks with integrated insulation, a continuous wall is prepared, from which prefabricated modules with openings and all necessary details are cut according to the project.
Assembly
Before delivering the finished modules, a foundation or intermediate floor slab with prepared vertical reinforcement needs to be constructed. The modules are then transported to the construction site and positioned and secured on the foundation or intermediate floor slab in workshop order. The modules are filled with concrete, creating a continuous thermal mass.
Finishing Works
MODEKO as part of the range of services offered by CONSTIGO Group, we perform work up to the advanced shell construction phase, delivering a fully completed exterior envelope to the client, with the option of performing interior wall finishes using dry construction after all installations are completed.
